We need an administrative secretary very mature and with a significant experience in the same position.
As an administrative secretary, you'll need to:
• Be fluent in English & French (writing and verbal).
• Be computer literate with good knowledge of Excel & Word.
• Have a basic knowledge of Accountancy (debtors/creditors etc).
• Have a basic knowledge of Quick Book (Accountancy program)
• Do filling, letters, invoices, etc...
• Follow up of Debtors & Creditors.
• Organise the proper running of the office.
• Answer the telephone calls with excellent manner for communication with customers and business partners.
• A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients
• Initiative and good decision-making skills
• Good organisational skills
• At least two to three years experience as a secretary.
• Office hours from Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 to 16:00 or from 9:00 to 16:30.
• Your salary will be approx. Rs 15,000.00 net monthly plus transport.
