Client Administrator:

The role will involve but shall not be limited to day to day administration including:
a) Proactively manage a portfolio of clients comprising of corporate vehicles and trusts set up in Mauritius and other jurisdictions in line with statutory obligations and internal processes;
b) Preparing payments and ensuring same are processed by the banks;
c) Attending Board and Committee Meetings and minutes taking;
d) Reviewing agreements; and
e) Assist with the audit of companies and dealing with auditors.

The ideal candidate will hold either a first degree in Law/Law and Management /or Finance with at least 3 to 5 years experience and will need to demonstrate:

a) practical experience of secretarial and administration functions;
b) ability to liaise with stakeholders including banks, custodians, regulators, government agencies;
c) good communication and client handling skills;
d) ability to work under pressure, team spirit and proactivity;
e) sound knowledge of the regulatory framework in Mauritius and AML/CFT requirements in Mauritius; and
f) ability to take accurate minutes of board and committee meeting.
