JOB OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR
- Setting up and administration of Global Business Companies, CIS, PCC structures and trusts.

LIST OF DUTIES:

· Setting up and administration of Global Business vehicles including Global Business Companies, CIS PCC structures and trusts

· Carrying out due diligence and compliance checks on clients files

· Liaising with authorities and banks as and when required

· Participate in Board Meetings and draft board minutes and resolutions

· Participate in drafting/updating of memos and procedures for both internal and marketing purposes

· Any other cognate duties as may be required by the General Manager and Management
