Job Description: Assist the Accountant in preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Financial Statement & Schedules Monitor Monthly Bills Payable / Bills Receivable / Inventory / Expenditure & Renewal Schedules Assist Accounts Department Filling Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by Management Perform accounting and administrative tasks as assigned File and maintain accounting records and report Compile and sort invoices and receipts Prepare payment for creditors Invoicing Answering calls and welcoming clients Qualifications: (i) HSC with Accounting & Mathematics (ii) ACCA Level One (Not compulsory) (iii) Computer Literate (iv) Conversant with Accounting Software & Processes Profile: - No experience or 1 - 2 years of experience at the same position. - A driving licence is an advantage. - Languages: English and French, but mainly English. Working hours: - Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.30 and Saturday from 08.30 to 13.30.
