The long-standing and well-established links between Sogea Satom and Africa, their complementary skills, and areas of expertise, a willingness to pass on the know-how and the cultural diversity that enables both sides to share ideas to their mutual benefit make Sogea Satom a long-term, responsible partner for the countries of Africa. 4 business sectors : - Roadworks and Earthmoving - Hydraulic projects - Civil Engineering - Construction The mission : As a member of our newly built procurement & logistics hub, named EMEX OVERSEAS Ltd, you will manage the following key tasks: Dematerialize the catalogs of our suppliers (mostly spare parts) for integration into our items repository and order interface (designation, price, technical drawings, etc.). Prepare user training (planning, Webinar, . ..) and train them in the use of tools and verify the application of good practices across the board Assists in troubleshooting at the functional level of problems encountered by users (technical or process issues, or any other subject) Qualification / Requirement :: Educational level : Bachelor Degree Professional Experience: 3 years experience would be a plus Technical: General knowledge of web systems and data management, Interpersonal skills: Agile in planning and time management, target-orientated with a high sense of responsibility, autonomous, good communicator Language: Proficiency in English and French Computer literate: Skills in data handling in various formats Related information: Duration: Probation period of 6 months, definite extension after evaluation of results.
