We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to join our Team. The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new business opportunities for the marketing and sales of our products as well as, maintaining our existing customer base with an objective of growing our business transactions with them.

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and exploration to identify new business prospects for each product category.
• Prepare presentation for our products and services.
• Ability to conduct meetings in a truly professional manner with existing and new customers.
• Always build a good rapport with our existing and new customers.
• Daily reporting of sales visits and orders secured.
• Ensure constant communication with management and colleagues.
• Customers’ requests by mail or phone should be attended on time.
• Ensure that weekly/monthly targets are met.
• Ensure our Customer Relationship Management tools are updated on time and with high-quality data.
• Constant focus on order pattern per customer with the support of sales and financial data and devise appropriate/corrective actions to boost sales per customer immediately.
• Should be able to conduct marketing and sales through networking and social media.
• Ensure that customers’ complaints are handled as soon as possible and in the best manner possible.
• Strong focus on timely payments from customers.
• Analyse competitive and industry trends and recommend appropriate measures accordingly.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Academic qualifications in Marketing/Sales and/or any other related fields.
• At least 3-5 years’ work experience in Marketing/Sales and/or any other related fields.
• Computer Literate & Proficient in Microsoft Office tools & Communication tools.
• Critical, analytical and ability to innovate.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, marketing, and sales skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Self-driven and always focused on objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills including multitasking, prioritising, and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Good team spirit and team member.
• High corporate and human values.
• Strong work ethics.
• Good corporate presentation and behavior.
• Private car driving license with satisfactory driving experience.
