As a member of our newly built procurement & logistics hub, named EMEX OVERSEAS Ltd, you will assist the office manager in the followings key tasks:
Participate in the consultation process on a worldwide scale
Address the requirements of our internal clients
Keep the administration of documents in order (purchase orders, invoices, payments, contracts, etc…)
Manage the daily relationship with suppliers, internal clients, banks, administrations and other partners
Get involved in the communication with head office support services
Possibility to extend the role to other logistics / procurement tasks.
Qualification / Requirements:
Entry Educational level: Bachelor Degree
Professional Experience: 2-5 years in a similar position
Technical: Willing to participate in procurement negotiations. Knowledge of international payment methods, and logistics operations would be an advantage (incoterms, etc…).
Language: Proficiency in English and French
Computer literate: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel).
Interpersonal skills, Organized, Autonomous.
Duration: Probation period of 6 months, definite extension after evaluation of results.
Place: Mauritius – Cascavelle area (Medine Business Park)
