Profile:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales management
• Degree in Business Management, Finance or Marketing
• Experience in Sales Analysis
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and BI software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Projection and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

Key Functions:
• The sales analyst will be responsible for compiling and analysing sales and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our promotional and sales activities.
• Sales analyst you should be able to analyse large amounts of data, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share
Others:
1. Compiling, analyzing, reporting of sales data.
2. He / She must develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
3. Conduct quantitative product & sales analysis,
4. Co-ordinate the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels
5. Provide support for internal, retailer & consumer promotions,
6. Assess future needs and data integrity.
7. Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to Senior Management
8. Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance
9. Generate reporting for Sales by Product & Category Management by outlets/Region
10. Analyzing of competitor’s trend by product/category by outlets/regions
11. Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization, and probability modelling.
12. Analyze and prepare market surveys based on competitors’ activity.
