Installing and configuring Software like Windows Operating Systems, Anti-virus and Backup software’s. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replacing faulty parts. Setting up new users' accounts, profiles and joining users to windows Active Directory. IT Technician will have excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Monitoring Help Desk tickets and resolving user issues. A solid knowledge of internet security and data privacy is required. Ability to work as team member. Good problem-solving skills. Establishing good relationships with all customers, departments and colleagues Maintaining documentation and hardware/software registers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field. 2 year’s experience in computer networks and systems maintenance. A+, Linux+, ITIL or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Good interpersonal skills. | |
